I have done diet’s before and I just gain the weight back, how do I know if this will work?
The main reason people gain the weight back is because they are not learning how to eat for long-term results. We will work out a way of eating that will work for you long-term so this doesn’t happen.
I am a fussy eater, will this work for me?
Working with me everything is 100% customised to you, so whether you don’t eat breakfast, don’t like seafood, hate broccoli, follow a vegan diet I will make it work for you.
What if I can’t stick to the plan?
Working together we figure out a way of eating that works for you. If we find that you are struggling, we will simply adjust the plan accordingly to ensure it’s working for your lifestyle.
What’s the commitment from me?
This is for people committed to changing their lifestyle. We will be working very closely together to ensure you truly have the tools to transform your relationship with food. All you need to commit is 30 minutes a week for follow up consultations (minimum 12 week commitment).
I want to incorporate exercise but don’t have a gym membership?
Totally fine, I can create an exercise program based on what you have at home!
